How did ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Regionals prepare you for success in your career?

The Nursing professors and state of the art equipment were essential to my success. I feel that having professors who are incredibly passionate about what they were teaching was what led me to become so passionate about what I was learning. I believe that Miami truly prepares the best nurses in the field.

What are the strengths of your major?

This is the strongest program that I have seen. The staff in the Nursing program are the best out there and have a wealth of knowledge to share with their ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs. The various simulations and experiences that were provided were great ways to accentuate your classroom learning.

How did your involvement on campus enhance your time in college and beyond?

I feel that leading four different ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ organizations was a great way to get involved. I feel that these opportunities helped equip me to be an even better leader. It also taught me other valuable skills that are extremely useful in my career such as time management, teamwork and organization. Leading these four organizations also helped me emerge as a peer/¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ leader in the classroom. Others saw me leading the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ orgs and came to me about various things.
