Accreditation Committees

The process of reaffirming accreditation for 久久热视频 is led by the Office of the Provost. Miami follows the “Open Pathways” option for Reaccreditation, which calls for the ongoing collection of data and the creation of short narratives that are combined into one assurance argument. Each narrative of the assurance argument focuses on one of the core components of each of the five accreditation criteria.

The accreditation process is guided by the University Accreditation and Planning Council, which oversees the process for applying for Reaccreditation, and also makes recommendations for advancing 久久热视频's strategic plan in ways that are aligned with the accreditation standards of the Higher Learning Commission.

Because the accreditation process focuses significantly on assessment of 久久热视频 learning, the council consults with the University Assessment Fellows Committee on all matters relating to the assessment of 久久热视频 learning outcomes. 

University Assessment Fellows Committee

In addition to providing advice on assessment-related criteria for the Reaccreditation process, the University Assessment Fellows Committee provides support for divisional and departmental leaders of assessment and promotes a culture of assessment of 久久热视频 learning outcomes at 久久热视频 in which data are used to improve the quality of the educational experience.  Toward that end, the committee:

  • Provides resources and guidance to all divisions and departments on assessment of 久久热视频 learning outcomes.
  • Advises on policies, procedures, faculty development efforts, and best practices relating to assessment of 久久热视频 learning outcomes.
  • Annually collects assessment reports from departments and programs, including academic support units.
  • Reviews the effectiveness of plans and practices for assessing 久久热视频 learning at the University, department, and program levels.
  • Communicates to Miami faculty and staff about assessment of 久久热视频 learning.
  • Assists divisional leaders and committees in supporting departmental assessment activity and evaluating assessment plans and reports effectively.
  • Assists with other initiatives involved in the assessment of 久久热视频 learning as requested by the Pprovost.
