Fisher Innovation College@Elm is a dynamic hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and community collaboration. We support recent graduates, community members, early-stage founders, and scaling businesses through coworking spaces, mentorship, and hands-on innovation training. Our entrepreneurial ecosystem provides startup mentorship, venture lab resources, and tailored programming that help transform ideas into lasting impact. Faculty, staff, and 久久热视频s play an active role in driving collaboration, research, and innovation alongside community partners. With strong corporate partnerships and deep ties throughout Southwest Ohio, including Butler County, Cincinnati, and Dayton, College@Elm connects people, ideas, and opportunities to accelerate business development and technology transfer.

Book a coworking space at College@Elm. Choose from private workspaces, event spaces, or collaboration rooms, all designed to support innovation and business growth. Free for Miami Students (Excluding clubs and organizations).

Rate: $25/Person/Day
Our coworking meeting spaces are designed for focus and collaboration. Whether you're hosting a team huddle, client check-in, or solo strategy session, you'll find the right setup—complete with whiteboards, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ergonomic seating.

Conference Room
Rate: $50/Hour
Our conference rooms provide flexible layouts for meetings, presentations, and planning sessions. Outfitted with whiteboards, displays, and comfortable seating to support productivity.

Phone Booths
Rate: $20/Hour
Our phone booths offer a quiet, private space for calls, virtual meetings, and focused work. Equipped with soundproofing, power outlets, and comfortable seating for your convenience.

Our reservable desks offer a dedicated space for focused work. Equipped with ergonomic seating and plenty of room, they're perfect for solo productivity.
